Our Network Services Division is responsible for the support of over 120 networks in the NY Metro area. We handle every aspect of support for our clients from answering simple questions to providing 24/7 emergency coverage for the entire network.

We also source the products needed to implement our solutions. Have your own source? Not a problem with MSI. We'll help you choose the appropriate hardware & software.

Our CareLAN Preventative Maintenance and CareNET Hardware Maintenance Programs were created to provide piece of mind to clients that require uncompromising maintenance of their systems. By participating in these programs, the client gets the benefit of a regular visit from a qualified engineer, a smoother running system due to regular maintenance, and complete hardware replacement coverage in the event of an emergency.

For the client that truly wants all their services handled by a single firm, we offer Web & E-Mail hosting from our Co-Location facility in Northern NJ. Our mail servers are tucked away behind state-of-the-art firewalls, and mail is filtered for viruses, spam, and other malware.
