Education

I found the Microsoft training at MSI to be of immense assistance in helping me secure a position with a mid-sized corporation.  Carol Ball, instructor, had a wealth of knowledge, which she imparted with professionalism and humor.  Everyone at MSI was extremely helpful, especially Carol Borgenicht, who went over and above in her duties to assist all of us when we needed help.  She instilled great confidence in us as we prepared for the certification exam.  Our entire class passed the exam on the first attempt with flying colors, so MSI must be doing something right!  I recommend MSI Education Services without hesitation for Microsoft training.

I have just completed Microsoft Office Specialist Training @ MSI Services, Inc., in Stanhope, NJ.  This has been a wonderful Training experience.  The Technology Trainer, Carol, is Excellent.  She was prepared, knowledgeable,  and the Training were easy to follow and appropriate.  As a Trainer myself, I know what makes a good Trainer, and Carol Ball is one.
 
In addition to the training received, the Seminars offered to us, were very supportive.  The soft skills, the Resume review, as well as the Linkedin presentations were all aimed to support the participants in their job search efforts.
 
I have nothing but kudos for this company.  The staff, including Frank Abelson, tried their best to assist us all in securing a better position based on the training we were taking.
 
The facilities were modern, ample, and up-to-date.

I just finished the August class of MS Office and Quickbooks.  MSI Services instructors are professional and friendly, the class material is organized well and easy to follow.  The text books included detailed lessons and projects.  The special lecturers that are brought in and the resume help included in the program  are as valuable as the classroom instruction.

My experience at MSI was wonderful.  The atmosphere was great for learning, the tools that were provided were easy to follow.  The instructor was very knowledgeable and patient, always willing to help us solve our computer problems.  

 When I started the course, I thought it was just a refresher course, since I had been using Microsoft Office for a while.  Once I started, I realized that it was more than a refresher course, I also realized that I really did not know Microsoft Office as well as I thought.

If I had to do this again, I would definitely choose MSI.

Before going to MSI Services, Inc., I only had the basic e-mail experience. Now I have the basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. The one thing that stuck out the most is what the instructor said "You may not learn everything but you will learn something". I have been out of school for more than 30 years, so if I could learn something, you can too.

The majority of my career was in a MAC/Adobe environment, but with the training I received from MSI, I am more knowledgeable and confident with my Microsoft skills and completely comfortable navigating through the new "2007 Ribbon".  I would highly recommend the Microsoft Office 2007 Certification course to anyone who needs to update his or her skill sets. The instructors are very patient and the atmosphere is open and friendly.

I just finished the MSI Certification course. Not only was the facility very nice (Class room, kitchen with a frig. for lunch, clean restrooms and a separate room for practice training), but all the staff there couldn't have been nicer and very helpful. I highly recommend this company/facility to anyone wishing to learn or enhance their computer skills.

I just finished a one month  Microsoft Office Specialist course at MSI Services.  The course involved students partaking in either a Quick Books course or a certification course for Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook and or Access.  Throughout the entire process, the staff at MSI were very nice.  Carol, the Test Administrator could not have been more accommodating.  She kept our moral up when the certification tests began to get to us and was always available to give us advice, rearrange her schedule in order to ensure she was available for us to take the certification tests and to make sure that we were comfortable.  Frank, the owner of MSI Services,  also made himself available for us to answer any questions regarding any of the Microsoft Office Applications, (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook and Access).   Frank reviewed our resumes, and when the employment opportunities arose, Frank informed us of same and kept in touch with the process.  He offered to show students how to utilize Blackberry's in case any students thought they might be necessary for the next employment opportunity.  Personnel agencies were brought in so that we would have the opportunity to discuss the 'job opportunities' available and present ourselves and our resumes.  The course was scheduled for one month, but they ensured that any students that wanted to continue to practice and take the certification prep tests, (after the one month course timeframe), that the 'practice' room was available for us which included the staff taking the time to loaded Quick Books onto a few of the PCs in the 'practice' room, so that those individuals could also hone their skills.  The facilities were very nice and clean as there was a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker.  There was an eating area inside the learning center and a picnic table right outside the center.
